This three-part mini webinar series supports birthing and non-birthing parents, partners, and caregivers through pregnancy, birth, and the first postpartum year. Designed for both military and civilian families, the series normalizes mood and anxiety symptoms, strengthens partnerships, and provides practical tools to navigate screening, self-advocacy, and major life transitions such as PCS, deployment, and return to work with greater confidence.
We encourage participants to attend all three sessions; however, we understand schedules vary, and each session offers valuable tools on its own. Please register so you can join any sessions and receive associated content.
