How It Works

Getting started should feel
seamless and straightforward.

1

Complete intake

Share what you're experiencing and complete required intake steps, including consent for care, releases for care coordination, and identifying a local emergency contact.

2

Admission review

Our team reviews your needs, confirms whether Intensive Support is appropriate, and helps you get set up in the patient portal for secure communication and care.

3

Begin intensive care

Participate in an 8 to 12 week virtual program with two 60-minute therapy sessions each week, psychiatry visits every two weeks, care coordination, and safety planning.

4

Transition to ongoing care

As symptoms stabilize, your care team creates a transition plan and may step you down to standard therapy or psychiatry for continued maintenance and support.
