How To Recognize Legitimate Telemynd Recruitment
We will never ask you to download applications or software to your personal device in order to apply.
We will never request that you communicate through email addresses other than @telemynd.com.
We do not charge fees to apply, interview, or secure a job offer.
We will never ask you to pay for equipment, shipping, or similar expenses.
We will not request banking or financial information before you have officially accepted an offer and met with our internal teams.
We do not conduct interviews via text message, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger.
Red Flags To Watch For
Unusual or overly generic job titles designed to appear credible (e.g., “Telehealth Program Manager,” “Remote EHR Specialist”, “Administrative Assistant”). Always verify open roles on our official.
Grammar errors, vague role descriptions, or pressure to act quickly — legitimate internal employees will never rush or push you to share sensitive information.
Emails from suspicious domains resembling ours (e.g., @t3lemynd.com, @telemynd-careers.net, @telemyndjobs.co). Even minor deviations can indicate a scam.
