Telemynd Expands Military Mental Health Access Through PacMed and Martin’s Point Insurance Coverage
BOSTON, MA – October 15, 2025 – Telemynd, a national virtual mental health care provider, today announced expanded insurance coverage for military-connected individuals and families through PacMed and Martin’s Point Health Care, increasing access to virtual mental health services for eligible members.
The expanded coverage builds on Telemynd’s longstanding commitment to serving military communities nationwide through partnerships that help reduce barriers to accessing mental health care. In addition to supporting beneficiaries through TRICARE East, TRICARE West, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Community Care Network, Telemynd now accepts PacMed and Martin’s Point Health Care plans in select markets. Through this expansion, eligible members can access Telemynd’s nationwide network of licensed therapists and psychiatric providers through their existing insurance coverage, making it easier to connect with care when and where it is needed.
PacMed coverage is available to eligible members in Washington. Martin’s Point Health Care coverage is available to eligible members in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, and Pennsylvania. Military service members, veterans, and their families often face unique challenges when seeking consistent mental health support, including frequent relocations, deployments, changing provider networks, and limited local provider availability. Expanding insurance access helps ensure more individuals can connect with licensed mental health professionals through a flexible virtual care model that supports continuity of care regardless of location.
